To Begin

You will need a white light bulb, red acrylic enamel paint, small flat paintbrush, and approx. 1/2 yd of silver wired star garland.

1.  Begin at center top of light bulb (bottom of ornament) and ending at base, paint an approximate 1/2" wide red stripe around the bulb; allow to dry.

2.  For hanger, wrap center of garland tightly around base of bulb and twist to secure.  Twist ends of garland together approx. 1" from ends to form a loop.
